If you watch Everyday Italian and/or The Essence of Emeril, you are probably familiar with Ozark West's walnut end grain cutting boards. Our walnut cutting boards are unique in that most cutting boards are made from maple and are machine made. We handmake these boards from dark black walnut, one-at-a-time, so no two boards turn out exactly the same. The walnut end grain cutting board is, by far, our most popular cutting board.

Everyday Italian

Giada De Laurentiis uses 18" x 22" and 16" x 20" Walnut Edge Grain Cutting Boards on Everyday Italian. Occassionally, she uses our 12" x 16" Walnut End Grain Cutting board. She also uses a large walnut edge grain cutting board, and a large cherry edge grain cutting board which we are not selling at this time. Another board Giada uses is our cherry/walnut bread board which you can order.

The Essence of Emeril

Emeril uses three different size walnut end grain cutting boards on The Essence of Emeril. They are 18" x 22", 16" x 20", and 12" x 16". The black walnut beautifully offsets the colorful fruits and vegetables being cut.

30 Minute Meals

Rachel Ray uses our 18" x 22" and 16" x 20" Cherry End Grain Cutting Board and also our 18" x 22" and 16" x 20" Walnut End Grain Cutting Board. This cutting board has a very rich color, but is lighter than the walnut. Cherry will turn darker as it ages and as it exposed to light.

Guy's Big Bite

Guy Fieri was the winner of Season 2 (2006) "The Next Food Network Star". On Guy's Big bite, he uses our 18" x 22" and 16" x 20" walnut end grain cutting boards, and our 18" x 22" and 16" x 20" cherry end grain cutting board. In his 2008 show, Guy started using a custom made walnut end grain counter top. It is the same as the walnut end grain cutting boards only much larger and sunk in to the counter.
