If you watch Everyday Italian and/or Essence of Emeril, you are probably familiar with Ozark West's walnut end grain cutting boards. Our walnut cutting boards are unique in that most cutting boards are made from maple and are machine made. We handmake these boards from dark black walnut, one-at-a-time, so no two boards turn out exactly the same. The walnut end grain cutting board is, by far, our most popular cutting board.

Emeril uses three different size walnut end grain cutting boards on Essence of Emeril. They are 18" x 22", 16" x 20", and 12" x 16". The black walnut beautifully offsets the colorful fruits and vegetables being cut.
