All our products, from our little butter knife to our Special Edition Butcher Blocks are guaranteed against flaws in workmanship and materials.
Cutting boards requested without rubber feet will not be eligible for replacement if determined board warped or cracked due to moisture, which can unknowingly get between counter and cutting board.
Cutting boards that warp or crack due to water exposure will not be eligible for replacement.
Return Policy
At Ozark West, your satisfaction is important to us. We allow returns and full credit for any unused products that are returned to us, shipping paid, within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, ship the item back to Ozark West. We will repair or replace, as Ozark West deems necessary.
